What do you make?

I primarily make fanmerch for whatever I'm interested in at the moment!

When will my order ship? How long does shipping take?

Pre-order items will only ship about a month after the pre-order period ends, or the given shipping date on the product page. In stock items will ship in batches on a weekly basis on Fridays. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be shipped with the next batch. 

If you place an order with both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your in-stock item will ship when your pre-order item ships. Please check your pre-order item product page for details. If you want to receive an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order. 

After the item is shipped, it will be delivered within a week domestically within the US, and 2-3 weeks internationally. However, international shipping varies wildly depending on where you live, and can take over a month.

Please note that shipping and pre-order times are subject to change.

In-Stock items will be shipped out in batches once every week, most often Wednesdays.

When do items restock?

I only restock if interest for an item is particularly high. When I have new products coming out, I will restock certain older items or open them again for pre-orders at the same time.

Can I refund my purchase?

You may contact me for a refund as long as you are within the pre-order period. Once pre-orders end, I cannot refund you.

Why is my shipping cost expensive?

I use the listed USPS shipping rates for regional shipping zones. I am based in Southern California, so orders within the United States will typically cost less than $10 to ship. Countries in closer proximity will be around $15 on average to ship out. Anywhere further will be more expensive. While I would love to offer cheaper shipping options, I unfortunately have no control over these prices.

If you check the USPS shipping rates for your country and notice a large disparity between your quote and the shipping costs I offer, please contact me through my contact page and I will check if I am able to offer a better price.

My international order exceeds the listed 8 oz weight mentioned in the product description. May I still receive it?

BigCartel has no way for me to set a shipping fee dependent on the weight of a package, so please see the weight of any item under product details.

If you live outside of the United States or Canada I will need to invoice you for an additional shipping cost if your total order weight (including packaging) exceeds 8 ounces. On average, the shipping cost increases anywhere from $8 to $10 USD once it exceeds 8 ounces, but I will send video proof of me properly checking the new rate via USPS and will require you to confirm the additional cost before invoicing.  If your order's total weight is below 8 ounces, you will only need to pay the shipping cost listed on BigCartel, and no additional action is required. I apologize for this very awkward work around!

If your package exceeds 8 ounces, and you do not reply to the email asking to confirm the additional cost within a week of me sending it, I will refund your order and you will not receive it.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Please check your local regulations and restrictions regarding receiving goods shipped from within the U.S. before placing your order. By placing an order you acknowledge that you first read through this page, that you are aware of your local shipping policies, and agree to assume responsibility over any fees, holds, or other procedures that need to be cleared once your order is shipped out. 

The only restriction I make outright is that I will not ship 11" x 17" or other large poster size prints outside of the U.S at the moment. I continue to work to reduce shipping payments and optimize my shipping methods. For the time being, this is the best solution I know. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Why was my order refunded?

If I refund your order, it is because it is incomplete, such as in cases where the product requires additional customer notes at checkout, and it remains unupdated after attempts to contact you. Alternatively, as per mentioned above, it may be because your package's total weight exceeds 8 ounces as an international order, and you have denied to pay or have not responded at attempts to contact you about the additional shipping fee.

How can I change my shipping address?

If the pre-order period hasn't ended and your order hasn't began to ship, you may contact me through my contact page.

Please note that if your order ships out to an address you have misinputted or an old addressed that you can no longer access packages from and you have not updated me, I will require a shipping fee to resend the order out once it is returned to me.

My order came damaged or was lost in shipping/stolen/etc.

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact me, and I will send you a replacement free of charge (stock permitting), or a refund.


Please note that certain product details like colors, size, etc. may have slight variations from the product photos. These changes are not significant enough to be considered damaged or defective, and are thus not elligible for refunds.

Orders lost by courriers, returned to me due to a misinputted/mispelled address, stolen, or otherwise incomplete in their delivery due to complications out of my control are not immediately elligible for free-reshipment. If such issues listed above arise, you may contact me, and I may be able to ship your order again at shipping cost if stock permitting. However, ultimately, the third parties are responsible for these issues and a reshipment resolution cannot be gaurunteed. 

Please double check your address before completing your order and contact me before your order ships or a pre-order period ends if you know you need to change the shipping address. 

Can I check my order status?

Once your purchase is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number or never received the email, please contact me via bigcartel with your order number and I will send it to you.
